TomaFlamenco started in 2011 as a simple idea: improve online flamenco learning by building a library of material with flamenco artists actively working in the flamenco scene. There are plenty of great resources for learning flamenco online, but few featuring content in Spanish or covering all parts of flamenco and their relationship to each other. We believe understanding these connections is critical. We strive to provide a good mix of material.

How does it work?

Currently, all recorded classes are completely free. For future classes, we will work on raising funds to pay artists. Please contact us if you're interested in more classes.

Are the lessons only in Spanish?

Since the Spanish language is essential to understanding flamenco, we record most lessons in Spanish, but are adding subtitles to the lessons. If you're interested in helping with subtitles, contact us.
